The Nigerian Chamber of Commerce-USA (NICOCUSA) the organizer of the Oversea Training for Corporate Organization is a voluntary partnership of businesses and professionals working together to build a healthy economy and improve the quality of life of Nigerian communities both in the United States and Nigeria. We believe that the quality of life of a particular community is a direct reflection of the quality of leadership in that community in all ramifications: economy, political and social sectors.
